To ensure that (((eTicket Deutschland works nationwide, software and hardware components from different manufacturers must work together reliably. That is why we support you every step of the way, from the initial testing phase through to the certification of your components and on to monitoring.
Getting started: the (((etiKIT
Our manufacturer package is available in three versions:
Basic, Professional and Premium
. Every (((etiKIT includes access to our specifications and XML schemas, Org-IDs, test components, certificates and sales briefings.
You can request the (((etiKIT via the ASM tool. 50 companies in the industry have already done so.
Everything you need for development: the ASM Tool
The ASM Tool provides you with everything you need to develop and test components – from (((etiKIT and the VDV-KA releases via your Org-ID for test operations right through to SAMs.
ESH for (((etiCORE components
If you’re already (((etiCORE ready, you’ll soon find everything you need for development and testing in the eTicket Security Hub (ESH). The ESH will fully replace the ASM tool as a platform by the end of 2031.
Manufacturers’ Forum
On our collaboration platform (((efi, we have set up a private manufacturers’ forum to facilitate communication with you.
Seminars and Sales Briefings

Mobile Ticketing Crypto Service
Motics is our anti-piracy solution for mobile tickets on public transport: from single journeys to the Deutschland-Ticket, whether in Google Wallet or as an NFC ticket. Five steps to certification
From smart cards and back-end systems to terminals: in collaboration with the testing laboratory cetecom advanced GmbH, we test all systems and applications for compliance with our ticketing standard.
In our certification package, you’ll find all the test applications for the various components, as well as detailed information on the certification process, including costs.
eTT software package
With eTT, you can test the interaction between user media, terminals and SAMs right from the development stage. At the same time, the testing tool helps you prepare for certification. eTT is included in (((etiKIT Professional and (((etiKIT Premium, or is available as a standalone licence.
Level 1 SAMs
You can order Level 1 SAMs via the ASM tool for 45 euros each, plus VAT and postage. They assist you in the development and testing of user media and terminals.
Level 1 user media
You can order Level 1 user media via the ASM tool for €7.50 each, plus VAT and postage (minimum order quantity: 5 items). These will assist you in the development and standardised testing of your (((eTicket components.
LoadKey tool
With the free LoadKey tool, you can apply cryptograms to Level 2 and Level 3 SAMs that have already been delivered, as well as reload, delete or manage keys. You can request the required cryptograms via the ASM tool.
