Digital infrastructure must work for everyone. This also applies to our own website: https://www.eticket-deutschland.de/
We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website effectively, regardless of individual limitations or technical requirements.

That is why we are constantly working to ensure that our content is clear, accessible and as technically accessible as possible.

The website is currently partially accessible. Much of the content and many of the functions are already readily accessible. However, there is still room for improvement in some areas. We are guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the legal requirements for digital accessibility, in particular the Act to Strengthen Accessibility.

Some content is not yet fully accessible:

  • Content in plain language is not currently available
  • PDF documents are not consistently formatted to be accessible
  • Some contrast levels or control elements could still be improved
  • Full keyboard accessibility is currently being reviewed and further optimised

We are working to improve these areas step by step.
