By sharing the MPS, everyone benefits from significantly lower costs. As things stand, we estimate monthly costs of around 3,000 to 4,000 euros per client.
What is the MPS for (((etiCORE?
The Multi-client Product Owner System (MPS) is designed specifically to support the monitoring of tickets, as well as the detection and prevention of misuse and fraud.
The MPS is a key component of (((etiCORE. We are developing the system, act as Scheme Manager, and offer it to the industry as Software as a Service at a fixed monthly price.
We also operate our own tenant within the MPS. In future, this will take on the role of technical product owner for national products such as the Deutschlandticket and will eventually replace the current ZPVS.

Tendering, project management and implementation are organised centrally. Transport operators and associations are spared the hassle of procurement and development work.

Drawing on the experience of numerous consortia and our own expertise, we are able to implement requirements in a practical and forward-looking manner.

New requirements arising from the market, regulation and the industry are implemented centrally. In addition to technical operations, we naturally support the industry by providing advice on processes and standards.
The MPS is being rolled out
With the MPS, we are providing product managers with a powerful solution for monitoring and preventing ticket fraud based on (((etiCORE. At the same time, they benefit from lower costs, centrally pooled expertise and a solution developed in collaboration with the industry for the industry.
23 transport associations and regional fare authorities have already joined the MPS. Live operations are scheduled to commence in January 2028. We have commissioned AMCON Software GmbH to build the MPS.
